I mainly wanted it for the land because it is old Bishop Estate stuff, but it was too much house for me in the end.

Also Hawaii Kai is somehow even more expensive than the valleys which is so weird to me since it is like an hour drive to town and isn't really very nice. I got so lucky with the place I ended up with, honestly I have no idea how I got this lucky. I got it for $75k under the assessment and I'd bet the $15k of materials and labor I've put into the house has added another $100k to its market price.
