6.21 is going live next week and when that happens they are putting the assassin rework up on the pbe. Hopefully we get a big write-up or at least a couple of sneak-peeks this week, I'm really curious what they have planned.

Miss Fortune's midgame is even stronger now than in her pre-rework glory days, it's ridiculous. At 20 minutes, you have 2 items out of Duskblade, Yomuu and Black Cleaver and rank 2 ultimate and it is literally impossible to lose a teamfight.

the really popular build in Korea right now is actually deathfire MF with the Q max, but it sort of makes sense, especially if you consider her trading patterns

Yeah, if you couldn't even hide behind minions it would be broke as poo poo -- a good MF would be landing the second hit off almost every single minion in a wave since melee minions would guaranteed bounce to a champ. The "counterplay" to Double Up is that MF has to temporarily get in trading range to set up that huge damage burst, or the opponent has to misposition by standing behind an almost-dead minion with no other minion cover.

I just picked up MF again so I'm not speaking from a huge amount of experience, but I feel like Deathfire basically has to be a better keystone given how much bonus flat AD she gets. I'm consistently doing 10-15% of my total damage as magic on her and I'm pretty sure that more of it comes from Deathfire than E. Agreed that E-max is a style for wimps and uncool people, but now it's also clearly worse as well. Any insight on builds? I've been building all the flat arpen items (Ghostblade/Duskblade/Maw) + Black Cleaver + Berserker's Greaves + one of PD/BT/Mercurial. Feels like this build shouldn't have the greatest scaling (especially if you go BT/Mercurial as last item versus a PD) but in practice I've been doing so much damage at every stage of the game that I haven't really felt the loss of the IE.

That Nexus article by Ghostcrawler is interesting. I thought a while ago he said he wanted to do away with runes completely, I guess now he wants to get rid of tier 1 and 2 and make them have more impact.
