It asks me to complete a Captcha Robot test and then works fine after that. So I'm guessing the Captcha is confusing Awful app but, I don't know how to stop it from happening. It's a new thing.

The index refreshes roughly once a day, if you want to refresh manually, there's an option in the thread index settings.

Looks like Lowtax sticked a post about moving the forums eventually from vB to Xenforo. I would imagine when (if) this eventually happens, it would gently caress up the app real bad

Maybe it's because the URL is malformed (don't have a PC to check right now) but I don't think Awful can handle the filter by username. https://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3650732&pagenumber=80&perpage=40#post464817758 This past partially serves as a place for me to check back on this from a PC -- edit: Yeah, their URL is formed correctly and works on a browser. Found a minor bug I don't think I've seen mentioned - If I open Awful via a link to a thread from a browser (Chrome), that thread opens instead of my bookmarks page when I try to access my bookmarks from the menu. The bookmarks link from the main forums screen still works, though. Closing and reopening the app fixes it. Running version 3.2.5.0c on Android 5.1 Droid Turbo. The app is great though, it's my primary SA browser. Thanks!

Thanks for the app. The image menu downloads the attachment.php instead of the actual image file, for pictures attached directly to a post instead of linked via [img] eg. Is there a way to change that?

It's a credentials issue, I don't think the cookie is being sent during the actual download. There's nothing you can do until it's fixed!

Oh wow thanks, it's been so long since I've been to GBS that I had to open my laptop to figure out how to get there, since I basically only live in my bookmarks screen in this app. So they're doing a whole new quasi open source forums software? That's pretty ambitious.

I read it more as bbcode is dead and dreadful and a lot of effort to maintain, if we're going to modernise we may as well go open source at the same time so that when Lowtax finally gets sick of us and wants to call it quits on SA he can do so without feeling like he's killing the community.

I was hoping the display image function would smooth out large gifs, but it seems it has the opposite effect and they just don't play at all. Since gif now seems to able to refer to at least three distinct formats (  ), here's the latest post I'm having trouble with. Device is 2013 N7 running Android 6.0.1

Having a bug the last week or so and I'm not sure where to start troubleshooting on my end. Lately the app has just been failing to load while I'm on 3g etc, even though I can still Google poo poo and get other programs working. Works fine on wifi On a OnePlus 2, Android 6.0.2
