ISOLATE® is micro in size and so can be used anywhere to isolate your ears from unwanted noise. ~*harness the power of titanium*~

i was demoing some stuff about sine waves and square waves in class last semester and had the frequency generator hooked to a speaker, randomly mentioned the audible range and how you lose the high frequencies first with age and started dialing down from 20k to see who would notice first. most of the girls picked it up at 18k or so, the guys a little below that. i can barely hear 16khz. but one guy keeps saying "nope" "nope" "nope" and looking more and more worried while all the rest of the class is grimacing from the intense obvious squealing noise. turns out he has no hearing above 10.2 and he's like 27 i asked if he played in a band and he said "no, but i go to a lot of shows..." protect your hearing!

I can do about 16k and then I can't really tell it is there. 15.5k I can hear super easy. 35 and I almost always wear ear protection when going to concerts or car races or skeet shooting or whatever.
