I'm not fidgety enough to buy a toy specifically for that, but these things popped up on youtube and looked like fun to play with, so I googled the name. Turns out they cost $150 to pre-order, and hundreds had previously joined a waiting list to pay double that. Some videos people mention having to pay up to $700 resale for it. This guy talks nearly half an hour about a piece of metal on a bearing. Seeing all of this quickly put me off of any EDC junk, but to each their own. I got a Logitech G602 mouse, hoping that wireless will treat me right.

A happy medium between those crazy MMO type mouses with like a dozen and the standard ones with only a forward/back button. Also logitechs software makes it incredibly easy to program them to all kinds of cool actions. Pro-tip, it only needs one battery in to keep working. So I just keep a single regular old duracell laying around and use a pair of rechargeable eneloops in the mouse, when they are close to dying i just pop in the single duracell while the eneloops recharge. Or you can just recharge one battery at a time and leave the other in the mouse, whatever floats your boat. In about 2 and a half years of owning the mouse, I've replaced neither the rechargeables or the duracell and still get months of battery life.
