so i spent today just walking around SF stopping every hour at whatever coffee shop was nearby. I drank a lot of beans today. also some tasty food. but mainly it was all about the beans

gonna have to switch back from iced coffee to regular. it's getting too cold which is a shame because office coffee is nearly undrinkable, hence icing it

Ran out of my usual espresso blend but I have some inventory on hand so today I gin up a blend to see what happens. Just roasted a Costa Rica Montaņas del Diamante, about to cycle through some Burundi Nkanda Procasta, then an Organic Colombia Santa Marta to give me a Central American, African, and South American blend. Hopefully it isn't horrible.

i finally managed to cut out the dunkin trips every night i do 32 oz of french press and throw it in the bubba keg, then it goes to work the next day pour over ice and savor. fuckin smooth
