titan fall always pissed me off because the maps that come with the game do not highlight the main use case for mechas tribes is a good example of a pro-mecha map scheme mechs are highly mobile, over big terrain, they aren't like infantry that pissed me off so much about titanfall in titanfall why the hell not just have big tanks? like, why do the titans need to be humanform??!? they don't climb they don't do much other than be dumb tanks

i wish tribes: ascend hadn't been hosed up so badly and had actually been handled well. the devs came back and improved on a lot, but it was too little too late since most people never wanted to touch the game again.

they actually took out all the ridiculous cash shop poo poo (or at least the bits that mattered) and streamlined the experience a lot more + made it more like the older games in a way that was good to the point where i would genuinely be playing it more if there was actually an active playerbase but, lmao, there's not. and i don't blame people for not wanting to come back
