I dunno about your handles but mine have a little catch attaching them to the door that stays inside even when you're opening them. Cable tie them to the tie down hook or underneath somewhere, that way people will try to drive off without doing anything and drag it with them. Bonus points if they get out of the parking lot without noticing.
