This one is actually official art for Osiris from the mobile game Puzzle and Dragons. The card for Medjed himself is called Medjedra and it shows him shooting his laser eyes. This is an actual power of Medjed.

The later levels have only one type of enemy each (all of the annoying flying rear end in a top hat variety) and all your guns except one or two do so little damage that they're essentially useless. The bosses are terrible also. In the last couple levels I just ran past all the enemies with the drone
