On hypertrophy last week, I got 75kg on benchpress for 9 reps in the first set, then 8 and 7 respectively. Did 10 on the first set today, and only 5 on the second. :(

Did my full hour of laps this morning, so I feel better about my own piece-of-shititude. It's awesome to see people get in to do their laps after you, take a bunch of breaks after every other lap when I go nonstop, and be done and out of the pool before you.
