It's also yet another tech demo set in something approximating Green Hill, where you can play with the physics and not much else. Yawn. Call me when one of these projects actually has levels. I mean it is impressive in both look and feel, yes, but that really isn't very interesting.

The scanlines feel like a holdover of Genesis emulation and it never looked good there either. That it would be on by default is baffling.

All the little setpieces in Mirage Salon are so  . The old timey piano, the collapsing sand loops, the seltzer bottles, the barstools... it's amazing. The game is pretty clearly being designed by people with imagination to spare.
