Did my full hour of laps this morning, so I feel better about my own piece-of-shititude. It's awesome to see people get in to do their laps after you, take a bunch of breaks after every other lap when I go nonstop, and be done and out of the pool before you.

I lost like 5% of my strength cutting the last two months and i still dont look as good as i want pretty sure i need to cut out my half gallon of whole milk i drink every day to finally get there
