It looks like the FBI found an archived .pst file on Weiner's laptop, saw that it contained info from an account that was not Weiner (Huma), and then flipped out and notified Congress while they waited for court approval to view the actual emails.

The damage is already done, but lol.

The Media is going to be all to happy to turn the whole thing into how Comey was an irresponsible rear end in a top hat who went an made them do a bad thing. When the initial headlines were "FBI Investigation of Clinton emails reopened" with little more information than that, I don't blame some people for getting worked up. Now, the people who learned of the story and began panicking after it had already turned into "Clinton email thing is probably nothing," sure.

Comey felt it was 'very important' to send a notice to congress that emails were found that were neither to or from Hillary Clinton and may in fact be duplicates of emails and did this 11 days before the election in a complete violation of the FBI's intention to not influence the election?
