I'm going to call the plot twist to this whole tale already. 14 completes the work on Sims's truck and makes it to Florida where a non running BiTurbo appears. 14 gets it running drives non stop from the east coast back to the PNW in it. The ACVW Fastback that Sims found in the field is the Macguffin of the plot where 14 decides whether to go back to the beginning or press on and abandon the past forever. Requiem Jeep ends in the Smithsonian for some reason or with Kastein for the sequel or spinoff television show. Credits roll..

I think the WXGA+ panels for the D620 will go into a 630. I have a NIB one from Dell I'd donate.

Still trying to get together turn by turn directly to the truck/Sims. The address 14" was forwarded does not come up in Google maps, not even the road. Have been trying to cross reference with little success, but I think the road was recently re-named. Sims doesn't have pm's...I don't want to post up someone's private address but the jeep is actively trying to die and Dave needs to know where to go.

Dave as a once-pro, now-weird mechanic should know Seafoam isn't gonna fix a bitch that runs too rich. I hope he poured it in the tank and unstuck an injector. Those things have PCV? I feel like at this point the right answer would be to just remove the valve altogether and run a breather if he can.

Seafoam to loosen up some of the schmoo in the cylinders may not have been the worst idea given how much oil that turd is sucking down. Also, the miss is quite possibly a fouled plug from the poo poo tons of carbon buildup due to the burnt oil.

MrKatharsis posted:spark plug checks should be as regular as fill ups by this point. Back in high school one of my friends used to ride his enduro bike around the irrigation roads before we got our driver's licenses... he had to carry a little brush and a couple spare plugs at all times because it would foul a plug pretty much every time he started it. He'd just unscrew it and scrub it a bit, then be on his way.
