I liked it too. It seems like the fight scenes are still holding up, too. Wild Dog beating those dudes with the shovel was dope.

Hi random new person who I'm sure will be sticking around for a nice, long time after being randomly introduced mid-conversation between two major characters.

I thought for a split second that it was Sportsmaster, but I won't get my hopes up.

I think Diggle is my favorite character on the show.

Dig has had the best quips and abs in this episode, that's for sure.

You know, for a professional stunt double for getting shot at he's oddly philosophical.

Zebulon posted:RIP Cutty. He's beating cops to death in heaven now. Most people seem to identify him as that role, but for me he's always Z from 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.' It made a lot of his scenes slightly unintentionally funny to me. That being said, Prometheus seems pretty cool so far. They're really ramping up the gratuitous cop killing. I guess that's in vogue now.

Prometheus sounds like Worf, but is probably the DA. Maybe he had something going on with one of the Lance sisters before the island, and that's his dark secret/makes that conversation relevant.

The action scenes have gotten a hell of a lot better than the choreography from dance dance revolution a few seasons ago. And to the speculation if Michael Dorn is the voice of Prometheus, I did some playback of other filtered samples of his voice from video games (ie Mass Effect 2) vs this episode and it seems to track. It's pretty distinctive. Considering last season Flash had Tony Todd it would seem they have an affinity for Klingons.

I automatically don't trust Target man or whatever he said his name was because of daredevil.

OB_Juan posted:Prometheus sounds like Worf, but is probably the DA. The DA is Adrian Chase who is Vigilante. They wouldn't give him that name if he wasn't going to become that hero. Prometheus is going to be someone we've seen. He killed Church because he knows who Ollie is and doesn't want that info leaking out.

Prometheus is going to be Felicity's new boyfriend guy. He's the only new male civilian character they've introduced this season other than the DA who is already a different comics character

She has an affinity for superheros, whoring it up with a villian is the kind of twist the showrunners would hack

I mean I get the felicity hate, but it's a relationship. No cash exchanged. No indication at all of any kind of whoring. Except maybe when she asks him for information.

A few episodes ago, Oliver kills a henchman as a cool call back to the pilot episode and revive the entire 'nobody can know my secret shtick'. Four episodes later they're going to arrest Church and Oliver thinks him knowing his secret identity won't be an issue. Oliver Queen - logic's black hole.
