Trump's now telling his rally crowd that 'we know with near 100% certainty' that 'five foreign intelligence agencies breached Hillary's server' and 'the FBI has all this information' but the DoJ won't let them release it. I wouldn't be at all surprised if there's someone in the FBI talking with the Trump campaign, even if it's mostly just telling him their own mad hunches.

He also praised Qadaffi-era Libya and pre-civil war Syria as good, stable countries before Hillary Clinton ruined them by causing the Arab Spring, but I guess that's par for the course for Trump now.

The way he's managed to make the Republican base mentally turn on a dime on any issue at any time is some real scary 1984 poo poo

You need to rehost whatever image you were trying to post, all I (and presumably anyone else) see is a text image saying "FairfaxUnderground.com image hotlinking disabled" etc etc

Used to be some websites were a lot less, ah, salubrious about their hotlink replacements. Good times were had :v:

your link looks for referrers and then serves an image that says "no hotlinking" if you right click and open incognito or copy/paste the URL you can see it.

It's out of the Bush playbook. FBI agent John Miller gives Brett Bair a hot tip, Fox reports it, Trump says "do you see what the news said about the FBI?"

Please, the way was prepared for them long ago. The only problem the RNC has with Trump is that he's using their machine in a way that might damage or break it. If Trump was actually winning they'd just be sitting back and smirking.

Early voters aren't typical voters, they're especially motivated ones. It's not as good a cross section as a well-conducted poll

Basically. If the Firewall holds, Trump needs to turn a Hillary state blue, but if he loses Florida or Ohio it's virtually guaranteed to be game over without something really really crazy.

The easiest path that I can see for Trump is to sweep the Swing States (Florida, Ohio, Iowa, Nevada, North Carolina) AND turn at least 1 Hillary state (most likely New Hampshire) red. The issue with that is, Hillary is looking VERY strong in Nevada, which would offset New Hampshire, so that's not an easy path.

And man some corners of the internet are still in the 90s. I tried to order a replacement key for my dope vintage desk a couple months ago and they wanted me to print out a form and mail them a check.
