Thanks, I'd been wondering why the data was so thin compared to other states.

Yeah, it's just that the article seemed so absolutely determined to cherry pick data so it could say 'early voting signs v v bad for Clinton' that I was wondering if there maybe was more complexity to the Ohio trend than how it was presented.

Two things of interest.

1. No visit to Wisconsin, so she must feel pretty happy about the state of the race there.
2. Two visits to Ohio, suggesting she still believes she has a shot at the state.

PA doesn't have early voting, which makes last-minute stops more valuable.

I miss Helldump. 2005 SA was about 5x bigger and had a much more diverse userbase that allowed for significantly more creeps and Helldump was a small, but insanely devoted group of internet detectives.

Ferretball was an amazing specimen to behold in LF circa 2007. If I remember correctly, he loved Ron Paul and would end every political post with "BTW I have a muslim girlfriend."

Helldump worked too well- they nailed all the legit creeps who deserved it, then the not-as-creepy awkward weirdos, then the ones who were merely annoying, then the harmless ones who happened to piss off the wrong reader that day, then each other. It's a good thing it's not around any more.

I don't remember when it was, but when Forums Icon LegoRobot was outed as a pedophile there was a huge ban wave of people who really wanted to defend him because they liked his comics.
