Just as an aside, if you can't donate you can still help in lots of ways. If you're willing to be a clinic escort, even once, it helps more than you can imagine. I've walked two people through the hate-gauntlet for abortions and back out after. Those waiting rooms are soul-wrecking, but it's worth it.

Edit: It's not something you do to feel good about yourself though, seriously. You'll probably feel awful for days after.

doing the math based on rainn's financials up on charity navigator, this thread has donated the equivalent of 2 days worth of expenses for rainn.

that's not meant to dismiss us at all, it's just that rainn is a pretty loving big organization, and for goons to be able to donate enough to keep the lights on for 2 days in the entire organization is pretty big.
