I'm really starting to enjoy the Dinette Set. It's amazing how entertaining a comic can be when the author actually wants you to dislike the characters, as opposed to, say, Luann.

I like the Dinette Set a lot, but it has also made me increasingly aware of these people in real life, like I"ll see a deal for something at a store and be like "Verl and Burl would figure out some way to rip this off." It's funny but sometimes it strikes a little too close to home.

Well, good thing the bad guys escaping in a helicopter provided an anti-air cannon, and also turned and flew back toward the anti-air cannon when they saw that somebody might have hijacked the anti-air cannon. Very sporting of them

The Classic Dinette Set doesn't have a monthly plan. Working Daze is so cute at how it's just now pointing out how terrible this election is. Super-Fun-Pak-Comix isn't cynical enough.

Some Guy TT posted:I'm waiting for the reasoning for this pointless death trap. The last time I remember someone declined an instant-skill on Modesty and Willy, it was because they wanted to do it in a more public setting for street cred and had only heard of Modesty and Willy by reputation, having never dealt with them directly before. This is the exact opposite of that. Is it just going to be personal grudge? You'd think international drug kingpins would be smarter than that. Thanks again (and again and again) for doing this, i like chief darma so much. I like the character (who wouldn't love to have a drink with chief darma? he's so nice and generous to his subordinates), i like the writing, and i love the cultural context.
