Generally. I think there's some that are blacklisted for whatever reason. I want to say.. Peace Walker and Dracula X Chronicles, for instance? I think Univbee's site has them listed.

I think Univbee's site has them listed. I don't remember how but there was a way to trick the PSTV into downloading blacklisted PSP and PS1 games and it can generally play them perfectly fine.

Speaking of World of Final Fantasy,is it an OK experience on Vita vs PS4? I get more Vita time so even if it has some longer load times or such, I'd at least finish it before 2019.

Working on Chapter 6 of Trails of Cold Steel and one of the Lionheart Medals that I'm missing is the Medal of Valor. I'm at around 50 to 55 monsters deep with my monster information in my battle note. Am I going to get the 100 needed for the medal? Are getting all the medals necessary for gameplay?

you don't need the medals. you get some rewards for them but they aren't necessary

It's a more action-y Monster Hunter clone that stretches its content pretty thin and has an hilariously generic story, it's not bad but I preferred Toukiden which more goes all in on the action side.
