So let me know if this is accurate (I've been following the Senate races less than the Presidential). Senate-wise: We need 4 of these 8, out of which 7 are currently held by Republicans: Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Indiana, New Hampshire, Missouri, North Carolina, Florida Polling-wise, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania look pretty good to flip, maybe 75% chance if you look at the average across all the aggregators, and EV means Nevada is likely to stay Dem. So that leaves us needing to flip one of: Indiana New Hampshire Missouri North Carolina Florida Of those 5, how likely do you guys think we are to flip one? And which one is probably closest?

Also, my take on the whole Comey situation: I think, looking back and having cooled a bit, he was in a rock and a hard place. On one hand, he did feel obligated to inform congress "Hey, we found something" and to get ahead of any leaks, which undoubtedly would be worse. The problem was the letter he sent. Vague, reeking of partisanship, and doing more harm than good. His news conference in the summer also didn't help. So tl;dr: by the letter of the law, you could argue he violated the Hatch Act. By the spirit? Not as strong of a case there if you ask me.
