I like him and I'm going to use him, but UU is way too loving high for a slow and bulky Ghost/Grass unless it gets an absolutely killer HA. Like Speed Boost or 'make ghost attacks priority' or something.

I like the concept of the cool rear end spec ops owl sniper so it's a disappointment that he will be bad. Still Litten Torracat Infernoroar are fantastic and I'm super glad he exists.
