My Wednesday

I'm the only one at work today, so the office is quiet. Outside, the building is curtained in rain and I can hear an occasional roll of thunder. I've got a blanket, some hot tea, and I'm surrounded by books. I like Wednesdays.

I've been away from byob too long and bad things have happened and it has gotten to me. This is what I get for straying from the Chill Path.

Edit: my dog got scared by want I think was a mole last night on our walk. Or maybe it was a field mouse. It was small, furry, and scurried like a motherfucker.

He gets a big ol' hug several times a day and is a stubborn rear end in a top hat motivated only by treats.

Pretty much, he is everything I wish I could be, including making GBS threads outside. I'd post a pic but I'm at work phone posting and also running on no sleep because of stomach issues.

a healthy fear of moles can be good if it motivates you to have them checked by a dermatologist, and in today's world of trackpads and touchscreens a fear of mice isn't going to set you back too much
