Yes

Though honestly outside the Z-Crystals there aren't a ton of new items. It also confirmed the unique Z-Moves only key off certain things so Snorlax requires Giga Impact, Regular Pikachu needs Volt Tackle, Hat Pikachu needs T-Bolt etc.

It's one per trainer, so in Multi and Royale Battles, there can be four Z-Moves, but in Double Battles, there can only be two.
