And what would Jesus do? Well..... He whipped the poo poo out of the money changers in the temple. He denounced the Pharasees. He was a unrepentant socialist. And frankly I'm just going to keep on calling the Religious Right demon possessed assholes because that's all they are. Frankly I prefer the company of atheists over the wide branch of scum that kneel hypocritically in churches. And I completely understand why a lot of people now find manistream "Christianity" repellant especially as it is nothing like what Jesus actually said anymore. They are more interested in bashing dem gays and sand browns rather than fighting for healthcare for those that truly need it. If they were in a state or country that actually provide them with protection from employment discrimination, they'd suffer from a lot less discrimination and the like. A trump-pence administration makes it less likely that will happen or that a supreme court that protects gay rights will exist, much less dealing with transgender issues. People think gay marriage fixed everything -- it was a start, the real push is to ensure that people can live as they want without fear of discrimination for who they live and we're further away from that today than we were on Monday. Don't try to pretend everything is going to be fine for everyone because you're fine.
