I can't be annoyed with stale content from a Facebook fan group. I think with the exception of the McElroys getting folks to donate to charity causes (which is wonderful!), all I'd ever expect from a fan community centered around a handful of podcast personalities are variations on "I love thing," "found a reference to thing in the wild," "fanart of thing." And that's okay.

It's a reference to episode 280, in which the brothers come up with an idea for a car with many horns to choose from, including one which honks out "Greatjob!" When Lin makes a horn honking motion, he is referencing that.
