If the Fillibuster stays how many awful things can the Dems, and whatever strange bedfellows they can get on their side like Rand Paul, stop? I really don't understand how it works if the Dems+allies are still a minority. Can they act as an effective stopgap to some of the more dangerous poo poo that might be proposed? Is this only in the Senate or in the house as well?

Lindsay Graham hates Donald Trump so yeah it's likely at least a few Senators who are in "safe" districts could go against the grain in some cases. I think the count is close enough that the Dems could not only filibuster but actually not pass some legislation.

We need enough protestors to occupy every bathroom stall every hour of the day when the Lege is in session, so that they will have to run across the street to Starbucks to be able to poop. If we can run some extension cords in there all the protestors can watch Netflix or something

A switch to 100% public financing with a set per-state budget (and hell, maybe even a "you must spend at least one day in each state" rule?) could go a long way toward fixing that issue.
