I have never had a public proposal, but I have had many private and or business-negotiation proposals. I feel sorry for that guy. He had to choose Face over his own happiness. Maybe he liked her, but I feel like anyone would probably be pretty pissed to have a kanrenao crowd appear for a public proposal.

Richmond was mostly white and Japanese until the 1980's. Since then it has taken in over 80,000 Chinese immigrants, mostly from Hong Kong.
