On one hand, TPP is... big, vast, and parts that aren't entirely good, but parts that are very good.

Now I get to rub it in the old racist fucks at work's faces that they voted for a guy who is going to hand Asia to China.

I haven't really seen a compelling argument for what someone who didn't vote for Hillary because of "sexism" even looks like.

Beyond that, what does it even matter if she would have won with a penis? What does that do? Give you the green card to just blame Trump on "sexists" and ignore the economic poo poo we can actually do something about?

Why is the mere discussion of sexism in politics attacked as anti-economic reform?

It seems a weird turn for the left to say "who cares if sexism cause her the job"

Because it's being used, in this case, to detract from the real flaws of Hillary's campaign (ie what we as the left can change) to put blame on to "sexists" (bad people who we can do nothing about)

Anyone who says "but have you thought about sexism or racism" during a discussion of why economically disadvantaged individuals who traditionally go blue chose not to vote for her is just wasting their breath/time.

And you can bet your rear end their Free Trade deal won't have any protections for the Environment, Labor or American IP.

70 years of American economic preeminence in the Pacific is probably in its last years.

All because people had to make Perfect the enemy of Good.

Their Treaty boilerplate will be the standard treaty for the Pacific Region for a great long while.

The problem is that you think that PoC votes may or may not be driven by a rational/irrational sexism. You still can't cope with the fact that maybe a PoC didn't vote Hillary or maybe a PoC even voted Trump completely independently of some argument of sexism. Here's an example: If some Christian White Person can go vote for Trump in spite of his racism and say "Well that's just political talk", why can't some Christian Black Person do the same?

Quit stereotyping. Please.
I don't think the white person did that in spite of his racism. I think racism motivated his decision, period.

Yes, some POC votes were influenced by sexism. I've never suggested all POC who voted against trump were motivated by sexism, I did suggest that working class POC who voted for Trump voted against their own interests. I don't think any of these are controversial statements.

For that matter I don't understand how doing the equivalent of pointing and screaming SEXIST is supposed to be helpful (it's because "raising awareness is a bullshit concept made to try and shame people and make liberals feel like they're fighting the good fight without doing anything)

It's supposed to be helpful because it deflects blame from Dear Leader and places it squarely on those sexist racist bros.

Yeah.... It's almost as if the most unlikely and odd event in modern American politics happened or something.

Also, want to reiterate that the reason that I never voted for Bernie in the primary is because right before I cast my vote in the Wisconsin primary, he said one of the dumbest things I ever heard at a late-March Ohio town hall on TPP and trade after being asked consecutive questions.

Question One (TPP): Standard stump answer
Question Two (How would you negotiate trade in a globalized world): Complete empty, non-answer

Fairly blatant anti-semite. Sanders comes forward with a strong leftist message that Democrats should support, but the reception he gets is a lot of talk about how he stabbed Clinton in the back? The fact that he's Jewish has nothing to do with it, I'm sure.

Hillary Clinton ran for president twice. Both times it was assumed she was going to win, but she ended up losing to a political outsider who successfully painted Clinton as the candidate of the status quo and themselves as the candidate of change. One did it from the far left of the American political spectrum with a message of racial inclusivity and big government programs, the other from the far right with a nativist, anti-immigrant message.

I think Clinton is just a bad candidate

On top of that, Clinton was running on the exact same message that lost the Democrats 2014, "vote for us because Republicans are misogynist"
