He raised his orphan brother, he's generally pretty calm, and he respects Swain's tactical strength instead of being a dumb fightman 300-style "his leg is messed up he's worthless". Riot, of course, clearly did this by accident because they made his new splash him screaming in rage for some reason and named his passive five stack "Bloodrage" until everyone went "that's incredibly stupid and doesn't fit" and they changed it to Noxian Might. So obviously they consider him dumb Noxian fightman regardless of what the lore says.

It's weird to me how much people are like "WOW RIOTS LAST 10 CHAMPS OR SO ARE TRASH NO ONE PLAYS" when the last 10 new champs released has
So really there are two major losers on that list that never really got off the ground, with the rest doing just fine. Not every hero has to be a bard or a Jhin to be successful

TK's skillcap is a bit different than most supports which i think is always gonna make him rare in pubs. i want to like kindred but she doesn't really have any complexity outside of her ult, her kit is kinda generic honestly. most of the challenge of playing her is being a marksman played in a role that generally plays tanky initiators. the other champs on that list are all honestly generic and lovely, even if i like some of the ideas with tali and illaoi they're just doing exactly what other champs already do more or less.

Illaoi is a well-designed kit that suffers from the fatal flaw of being a hyper-specialist in a universe where poo poo like tank Ekko exists. She can win drat near any fight under a stringent set of circumstances (re: being within a reasonable small chokepoint while her ult is up) but is otherwise a bit of a lame duck.

Again, it really busts my balls that all of these loving midlaners keep getting what could otherwise be really cool and impactful support ults like Taliyah's wall.

Well, by "rejigger" I mean putting more of her power behind her E and W and taking it away from her Q. Make her a zone control/peel support with some damage and I think you'd have something that's at least usable in a lane, compared to her current state.

My only real complaints about 6.22/6.23 are Colossus being a huge pain in the rear end and Vayne returning to the meta, and 6.24 looks to solve both. Just play ARAM or a different game or something in the meanwhile.
