Maybe the wormhole took him to the pocket dimension boxed Pokemon go to and just go with the flow? It fits Alola's goofy yet horrifying theme pretty well.

Then again don't you physically fly to the islands? Maybe it was an excuse to leave his wife. :ohdear:

I'm playing Moon, but would like a daywolf on my team. What would happen if someone traded me a rockruff egg from sun? Would it still evolve into a nightwolf?
I don't like to use traded mons, they level so fast.

The form is decided upon evolution, so it would be OW THE EDGE form.

If you have a friend with Sun you can level up a Rockruff and trade it to them before evolving it, then have them evolve it for you.

E: actually I don't know, do pokémons you trade to a friend and back count as traded (in regards to xp gain)?

Either way, that's the only way you're getting a pretty anime dogge.

Being restricted to six active pokemon forced me into some very tough decisions when it came time to become Champion. I've never had that problem in past games, but this time there were at least another five friends that I would've gladly taken with me to the credits.

Once you get them back they do not count as traded, because you have the same name and ID as the OT (read: you ARE the OT).

Pretty sure it checks the ID of the original owner, so if you trade it back it counts as untraded.

Beat the E4 today, team was Primarina / Sandslash / Raichu / Marowak / Exeggutor / Pangoro

Sandslash was surprisingly clutch, he did a ton of wreckage with his moveset and Swords Danced Leech Life made him one tanky little icicle. Definite dark horse favorite of mine now. Alola Exeggutor was kind of disappointing but he still pulled his weight, really everyone impressed me on one fight or another. Finally getting to the Relearner and getting Marowak his STAB physical ghost attack was totally worth it, and while Lightning Rod is absolutely the better ability 90% of the time Cursed Body made a ton of fights into total jokes so I can't exactly call it bad, either.

Awesome game, time to decide if I hate myself enough to try doing post game stuff for once. It sounds like the Battle Tree doesn't gently caress around :gonk:
