Rodenthar Drothman posted:Probably depends on their goals, but making them stop drinking soda is the biggest one I've seen when talking to friends about trying to get into shape. Yeah, none of them drink soda, but they all eat like loving poo poo. I spent about 10 minutes talking about nutrition, and got them all to download and log their food on myfitnesspal.

Also, 2 of them are way too skinny, and one is chubby. One of the skinny dudes runs for fitness right now, I was like "dude, you gotta cut that poo poo out with your chicken legs."

why do you want your friends to be swole? Have you thought this through? If they become swole, you can no longer be better than them.

In 2011 I saw people covering tattooes because they are a sign of gang membership here but now people dont bother anymore, a lot of people and ever girls have tats in my city. You can get almost everything here, most ON products and I just found a site that ships quest bars here for cheap if I wanna diet. The big difference is gyms are both smaller and everything is cramped together. It aint like Aus or America where your gym is the size of an airplane hanger more like the size of a dentists office. But on the plus side some gyms are attached to a 찜질방 which is like a korean sauna so after leg day I can hop into a super hot jacuzzi style tub and chill for a few minutes while my quads mend in a submerged zero G stasis of 40°C water. On the note of helping newbies, I've had s couple of girls hit me up about wanting to work out with me. I just do the Alfafa program I found on here with super sets and lots of cardio. Do I just....run them through my routine?

Ugh, I'm just feeling completely drained, yesterday's workout wasn't great and neither was today's. I think it's time for a recovery week, I've not had a week without lifting since September.

It feels drat good to finally make progress in a reasonable timeframe on bench. God drat. My bench started out real bad and stalled a lot. Now it's not stalling much and getting better.

Or people so insecure about their minimal gains they're terrified a week out will make people think they don't lift. If you need a rest, have a real rest. Give it your all. Push that rest to the limit, and beyond.

If you push yourself hard enough, a deload week is cool and good when programmed in. you can even use similar weights to what you are using now, just cut reps.
