The plans are meaningless, all data is billed at the same rate - whether you go over your budget or below. As posted (Literally in this thread) the only reason they're there is because subscribers couldn't comprehend a sane data plan after being rear end hosed by carriers for so many years.

My new phone sound chip apparently melted and looking up 'lg v20 speaker broken' it's apparently not uncommon to both this phone model and Android nougat v  vIt's cool because if you turn up the sound you can hear the cell phone signals come in and when videos play
