He did knock out Atom and Firestorm in the crossover with lightning, but yeah, not going to do much against Supergirl. Really I don't think he should be using lightning all that much, that's not really his thing. If any Flash is going to do lightning gimmicks it should be Wally, everyone knows black characters get the electricity powers.
