Both. Definitely both. Either that or the fire department came out to see what the noise was just in case.

Five bucks on the final post in this thread being a blurry image of an immolated grain truck streaking like a Serbian MiG-21 across the desolate winter hellscape with a shirtless 14 on the hood, arms spread wide, eyes closed, cigarette dangling from his mouth, waiting for Valhalla's chromy embrace

Well the legend lives on from the Valentine on down, to the big goon they call Inchy Dicky. The goon, it is said, never gives up his dead, when the projects he's wrenching turn fuckyyyyy.

I would hope no one in the thread was assuming it'd fire the first try. I would have been pleasantly surprised if it did, considering how much of the wiring harness you built. Tomorrow is another day. But on the plus side, I'm getting so much good drat work on my car done because of this thread. I complain that it's 40 degrees and dark when I get out of work but then remember the bullshit you're dealing with and get my rear end out the door. So thanks.

Be real careful working in those kind of temperatures, I can't count the times I've gone out to aircraft jobs when it's been 0±10°F and bodged my knuckles on something, or poked myself on safety wire, or hit my head on a panel corner, and I feel fine and there's no blood or anything and then I come inside and warm up and all the wounds bleed loving EVERYWHERE.

Echoing what everyone else has been saying: bummer, but by no means a disappointment. It'd be amazing if it started the first go. You're in a great spot. Pieces are in place and now it's a game of trouble shooting the situation. Much nicer than waking up knowing you have to build still. Any clue or update on what did/didn't happen? Did it turn over? Fuel/spark? Just curious as this thread is amazing and I'm addicted to it.
