trying to read tea leaves as to what the DNC's strategy going forward is useless right now. everyone's throwing out random thinkpieces and poo poo but we won't really know where things are headed until we get closer to february and Ellison is heading the DNC. if you want to make a difference right now you should be going to your local party meeting and influencing the rebuilding process yourself instead of letting washed up Salon writers do it for you

Treating the dnc like a unified party is pretty much a mistake by this point so I don't see the reason behind panicking over every rumor and half cocked theory.

They already tried to smear Ellison with linking him to anti-semitism. They will try and derail him again. As some of you know I dip my toe in the right wing bubble from time to time. The right does not want Ellison. They want the dems to hold tight to the old and the tired. When Pelosi won leadership, they were thrilled.
