You cheated not only the game, but yourself.
But most of all, you cheated BABA

Geh, How to Survive is basically a game like Diablo except you have to use a lengthy finishing move animation on every single zombie you kill. No thank you.

I was going to recommend this one game from the '90s that was super memorable but when I finally figured out what its name was I looked at your post and realized it was the very first one you named in your list.

Its sequel, The Dagger of Amon Ra, was also pretty good though not as memorable.

It's an autoscroller that moves so fast you can't react to obstacles quick enough to deal with them so they left in audio cues that just say "jump" and "slide" instead of reworking the idea

Yes although I should have specified it's like Pac Man where it just scrolls endlessly left to right and repeats. It took me like 5 minutes to figure it out because there's not really any environmental details or anything, just the same walls

I'm not sure what that would be called. I'm sure there's a technically accurate term. Cyclical, probably.

3 is really good. Tee KO is the best idea they've had since Drawful and the other games are quite fun too. Trivia Murder Party puts an interesting spin on a pretty straight-forward concept and is much more accessible to newbies than something like YDKJ. My friends and I also enjoy Fakin' It, but that one is pretty all over the place depending on how well you know the other players.

Very cool. I'll pick it up during the Christmas sale then. I think at Thanksgiving it dropped to $18ish.

Also, raditts, did you fall asleep again during Earthbound? The sleep thing is the same reason I've never played it. The only other game that puts me to sleep like that is the new Lego game that came out. After about an hour the Earthbound Syndrome came on.

Yeah I noticed people reporting that now Lego knockoff brands not only replicate official sets from Lego themselves but scour Lego Ideas submissions that either haven't been approved yet or were turned down and beat them to market with knockoffs of fan-submitted ideas.

It's like finding out something you drew on Deviant Art is the blister pack artwork for a bootleg toy for a new generation.
