Incel girl goon, it's not that guys don't want to talk about those things (except magic, nobody wants to talk about that), it's that you're probably incredibly insufferable about it and try to force it into every conversation with no consideration of whether it is appropriate or not. Normal couples will talk about those things on occasion, but it's not what defines their relationship and the vast majority of the time is probably just small talk which you probably don't know how to make. Your whole post is basically "gently caress guys for having standards, all they want are 10s" on one side and "no guys I have a chance with meet my standards, why aren't the 10s flocking to me" on the other.

A message to all incels: People are allowed to have standards; nobody has to date you and you are entitled to no one's body. That said, honestly most people's standards aren't very high, and you've probably met at least a few people's standards over the years and either didn't notice, didn't take any initiative, or decided they were beneath yours. Which is entirely within your rights as well, but if you're being too unrealistic about it you're gonna be lonely for a long time. Try to keep an open mind. Or maybe you're right, and you really haven't met anyone's standards in your entire miserable life, in which case I don't think it's the world that has a problem. If that's the case you should do some soul-searching. Self-improvement is a possibility, but keep in mind that applies to your personality and habits as well as your physical appearance because even if you get a 10/10 body, if you stay indoors 24 hours a day playing DOTA, or dress exclusively in baggy sweats with cokebottle glasses and bad skin, or jump straight to talking about magic whenever you find yourself in a small-talk situation, or (and this is an important one) come off in conversation as really needy and entitled, you're not gonna get very far. Same old story as long as there's been an Internet, no self-awareness "Nobody gives me a chance, everyone's just so loving shallow" "Maybe you should try meeting people connected to your hobbies or do online dating" "No, those people are all fat/ugly/weirdos and why should I have to lower my standards just because I don't meet society's perfect ideal?" loquacius fucked around with this message at 16:24 on Dec 9, 2016 |

Back up... Which kind of magic are we talking about here? Stage magic? Okay, viable conversation topic if you're not creepy and obsessed about it. Magic as in "I'm very into Wiccan beliefs and identify as a witch"? That's going to scare 99% of people away if you lead with that. Magic: The Gathering? If you didn't meet the person at a comic book store or convention, jesus christ no, what are you doing.

I was so confused and scared and nauseous, I immediately ran out of the room and texted my two best friends and told them I woke up to being face raped. I was crying and everything. Just jumping in on the sleep humping conversation - my boyfriend does this poo poo. I tend to fall asleep after he does and he's done it plenty of times. The funniest was probably when he suddenly sat up, jacked himself off for a couple seconds and rolled over in an attempt to mount me. Except he was half-hard and I was wearing my pjs and he was completely unsuccessful and just dropped on top of me a second later, back asleep. He's also done sudden groping or making out and I suspect a couple of the times we had sex in the middle of the night he was not completely awake for the entire thing. It doesn't happen that often though and typically doesn't go anywhere. On the flipside there was one time I woke up in the middle of sucking dick and completely freaked out. In my head I was like "yeah ok so what are we doing" and then I realized I had no clue how we even got there because I presumably was asleep and freaked out and stopped the whole thing. I'm not known for doing any weird freaky sleep poo poo so I assume my bf had gotten further in his sleep escapades than usual and that's how it happened.

My boss had a glass eye. You gotta remember which eye to look at because they are never quite pointed at the same thing.

As someone with a glass eye and a bunch of facial scars it doesn't help nearly as much as anyone thinks. Sure you get more people looking at you and attention but that doesn't translate into sexual attention. I know I should have an eyepatch and goons have told me I need to get one, I'm just incredibly picky when it comes to missing eye fashion. That's why my current fake eye iris glows in the dark. The only girlfriend I have had since the injury back in 2006 loved that it glowed in the dark during sex. She said it was like loving a werewolf.

quote:Men are infinitely more shallow then women, which is my problem. As a man, you can look like poo poo, gain weight, etc. As long as you are a little bit "charismatic" you have dumb skanks fawning all over you, and no time for girls like me. Even more so if you have something to catch their attention, like an eyepatch or a scar or a cast or something. Some "proof" of your manliness. There's nothing like that for us. I can't just go to a bar with an eyepatch and start having men fawn over me - I would look ridiculous. Are you twelve? This literally sounds like the angry ramblings of someone in middle school. quote:I was never asked to a dance in middle or high school, I was just that chubby friend whose prettier friends all got dates. The dude bros were too busy dating cheerleaders, and the ugly nerds were pining after those same women. There was nobody left to show any interest in me. Once I worked up the courage to ask out a guy - I'll never do that again. He friend zoned me (yes, men do this far more often than women) and suggested I talk to his friend instead. Sorry, I'm not going to date your sloppy seconds, I have standards. I'm forever alone because I ONCE asked someone out and they rejected me! Time to loving give up for good because I had my feelings hurt once, which is indicative of a clear pattern for the future. quote:I've gotten more and more bitter over the years but it's justified. It isn't. quote:I've spent so much money at the gym and on various diet plans. None of it works. Going to the gym and/or dieting are literally the best and most meaningful ways to lose weight. If you can't manage that through BOTH, it's your fault. quote:Every day I walk around, hoping that a guy will pay attention to me, instead of all the dumb whores. It never happens. Guys, despite all they claim, just want a dumb bimbo to sit around and look pretty. I want to talk about history, politics, magic, science, and things like that. From the tone of your confession you sound like someone who walks around, staring at the ground and with a permanent expression of disapproval mixed with angst. Protip: If you want people to pay attention to you, sometimes you have to be the one to initiate that interaction. Holding someone's attention isn't difficult when you have even the slightest modicum of charisma. The misandry isn't helping you, by the way.

Once you go from "these things seem to happen to me" to "I identify as X" it's time to take a step back or get pushed back. But at least typing these things out show some strength of trying to get outsider perspective, or its just for attention and reaffirming the world they've invented. Really it just sounds like she has higher standards which isn't a bad thing. Some of these people might be better off as an 'incel' rather than being in a dysfunctional relationship. There's this misconception that women can easily put out and so don't have the same challenges subtle men have, but that's condescending. We also live in a culture that puts a lot more value on a woman's looks than her accomplishments. It's not surprising that women buy into it and some get frustrated when they feel like they're doing everything right but it's not working. People also seemed to miss that confession is a near perfect inversion of the classic male incel rants.
