This Pels season is getting close to being the breaking point for me. Hopefully, they can start to play better in the next few games. Run a functional offense with movement that doesn't bog down into iso's or starting the offense with half the shot clock already gone. I'm not asking for wins; just signs of competence and teamwork.

Also definitely beware of guys who dramatically improve late in their college careers. Hield went from a pretty good but kind of inefficient chucker ticketed for the early second round to Literally Steph Curry as a senior

Plumlee is sorta the Ricky Rubio of centers. He doesn't give you the normal shot blocking, great rebounding or big body that fans expect from a center. Because of that he's very undervalued. But he was 6th in VORP, 6th in BPM, 14th in WS and 17th in WS/48 among centers last season. So by pretty much any metric he's an average or above average starting center.
