I want to drive the republicans out of power and back into their lovely whitebread mcmansions in the outer ring suburbs and pass a New New Deal that would make Eugene Debs blush I want a new Fairness Doctrine I want to break up the big defense companies because there aren't enough to ensure fair competition in contract bidding I want to return shipbuilding and warship design to Navy Department control so that ships are build in government facilities I want immigration and citizenship streamlined to cut the ground from the bastards who exploit illegal immigrants I want a UBI I want government-run health care I want strict corporate and banking regulations, but otherwise they're free to make as much profit as they want provided they pay money back into the economy so it doesn't just sit in the bank collecting interest I want the most progressive taxation plan possible I want the rich to have to spend a certain amount of their yearly earnings on projects that will benefit the public at large I want a strong military that can credibly protect America's allies I want a total rebuilding of our national infrastructure I want alcohol-free beer clearly labelled as such I want America to be the toughest, meanest, most productive, most inclusive, most happy, and greatest goddamned country on the face of the Earth and anyone who doesn't want the same thing can eat poo poo
