RE: Sound update - The directional is soooo much better, but I seriously can't handle the awful quality. I'm gonna wait until they fix it up more to use it. It's not like I don't know all the maps inside out already to know where the sounds are coming from anyways.

 if you're missing it right now, definitely watch game 2 of Dignitas/SK, k0nfig is absolutely insane on Mirage. He singlehandedly tilted SK off of the planet with his movement/positioning. Even if you're cheering for him you still end up yelling WHO DOES THAT?!?!?

I don't understand people who criticize the sound update. I can tell positions 100000% better than I could before. Be sure to turn off 5.1 and 7.1 sounds in your drivers though, otherwise some funky bugs will occur.

I'm thinking that EnvyUs should be a tough matchup for Optic. 2-0 or 2-1 for EnvyUs on Nuke (Envy's pick) & Overpass (Optic's pick) with Cobblestone being the final map. D2 might also be played by Envy.

i mean theres a few things in there that were pretty game defining for counter strike. Run and gun with smg's is inherently stupid and it probably shouldn't be seen as "good" for counter strike that you have a very small mac-10 spread when running and jumping around, and wallbanging is a pretty big skill barrier, do you know where to shoot to try to kill enemies who are aggressively positioned to be shot in such a way? Like touting those as two big "improvements" cs;go has is pretty silly considering those were the things that made counter strike iconic.
