Dejan Bimble posted:He has fatnastic biomechanics, he's the opposite of Derrick Rose, He doesn't jump unless he needs to and he only jumps with the minimum force necessary. And as stealth tiger said, he doesn't rely on lateral knee and ankle stress moves like Kyrie. He uses his speed, strength, and change of pace. He doesn't needlessly take beatings on defense or scramble and put his body in a bad position, until the playoffs. He's a reallly smart guy. All it takes is one dellavedova esque person diving at his knees to end all that, though Rose is exactly who I had in mind as the other pole. I guess my main-rear end ponder is how much of it is calculated as far an on-court playing style. Did His game stem from His physicality or is it designed(by Him or trainers) specifically to be augmented by and sustain it? Away all Goats posted:Don't know if you've seen this but it's pretty cool. I think that owners realized very quickly that they made a mistake in limiting the lengths of the extensions, it made it way more difficult to keep players without the incentives of long contracts, and it gave them less leverage when it came time to trade them. I think the limits on contract length when signing with a new team is smart, because we definitely saw that those protect owners The Glumslinger fucked around with this message at 02:09 on Dec 15, 2016 |

I mean I like Cameron Payne but trading our 2nd best player for a guard coming back from a foot surgery kind of has me Long term it's a fine move, especially since I have zero faith in us getting a good PG in the draft, but for the short term he's like one of only two guys on the team that can put the ball in the basket in a half-court offense.

I guess he's a better defender than the bench guys and would open up even wackier small ball lineups.

MOVIE MAJICK posted:Who would you like to see the Kings use it on They don't really have a bad contract that is amnesty worthy. Kosta has one more year left and should be moveable, Afflalo and Tolliver signed effectively one year deals, Lawson, Collison, and Casspi are free agents. Temple signed a three year deal but is actually playing well. Maybe Barnes who has another year and might be arrested by Dog The Bounty Hunter. Everyone else is on a rookie deal.
