Also, to add to what Xolve said, it didn't help that Tsubutai's only vouch was Nanobot going "he plays Dota well...." when he (Tsubutai) never made any effort to talk to or hang with anyone else from HABIT. That's the median average for their corp's individual pilot stats iirc. Individually they're unlikely to win a fight, in a gang there's a 90% chance they'll win. Most of PL are just Orbit+F1 people and can barely fly their own ships. Expecting them to somehow teach newbies in Horde how to play is a farcical expectation. Corps like ISRAD which operate under the expectation that every member is capable and willing to FC a fleet at any particular moment are heavily invested in Horde. Trash corps like RKK and BUSA can't do that level of commitment because their standards are too low and are just incapable of teaching.

Anyway all the Israd guys I met when I was in horde were pretty nice. They had a very high representation among horde FCs and hosting activities/training for horde members. Salastil lent me a lot of support when things were pretty bad for me right after I left GSF. He was super nice.
