I thought it would be a good idea to submit it to America's Funniest Videos shortly after and so I uploaded it and filled out the necessary release documents. They then immediately claimed copyright and prevented me from monetizing it. So now I am realizing this was a huge mistake on my part and the video has gone viral, a news crew from CTV filmed my family at our house and I am not making anything from it after spending almost 10 years on YT trying to earn a living. Do I have any recourse? Can I cancel my submission to AFV or do they now own my video forever? Any help is appreciated. Lol I looked up that Hatchimals video, it has over 300K views right now, the rest of her videos are talking about the fad diets she's on, and also a handful of knockoffs of her original video, presumably to skirt the agreement she signed, nothing else has more than a couple hundred views. Making a living off youtube indeed Edit: Never mind, I went back and looked again, the guy posting in legaladvice isn't even the one with the 300k video, he's got one that has 64K. My current relationship is almost perfect except for one major detail: my boyfriend is a complete alcoholic. Me, on the other hand, I'm much more of a smoker than a drinker. I love him so fiercely but I'm starting to hate who he becomes when he's wasted. Once he picks up a beer he won't stop until every drop of alcohol in sight has been consumed. When he's drinking there's always this certain point where he goes off the edge and loses touch with reality, and there's no going back until he passes out and sleeps it off. His drinking has always affected our sex life (I could happily go at it every day whereas he could go about twice a month and be totally fine with it). Sex is huge in a relationship to me and he knows that; I'm a very sexual being and am very open about speaking about my sexuality. I've tried to talk to him about my needs but it usually ends up being a one sided conversation while he mutters his 'sorrys'. Look, I know alcoholism greatly effects sex drives and I try to be kind with this issue. But it kills me when I get regularly rejected by him despite me putting in real effort. I always have to be the one to initiate any sexual encounters, and just hope that he will be into it. Then I'm left wondering if he's actually enjoying any of it when he has to be coerced into anything sexual we do. It's always on his time, when he's ready, my feelings are secondary. I'm not used to this dynamic; I'm used to boyfriends who have the same sex drive and can't keep their hands off of me. I have more sexual tension then ever. So this is a sure killer of self esteem. My big problem is that the only time he ever tries to initiate sex or anything is when he's completely crazy-eyes wasted at 3am. As I mentioned, I am starting to resent who he becomes in that state so the last thing I want is to have sex with him then. In fact, I usually just want to leave at that point or just disappear (because let's be honest, that's just no fun and kinda creepy). When I try to explain to him (in nicer words) that I want to have passionate sex with the man I love and not sloppy sex with the drunk version of him, he gets super sensitive and upset and will either drink more heavily or start a fight. Then the next day he will apologize and say he feels bad about the night before and wants to work on our intimacy and sex life. No actions, just empty words, and we're just stuck in this revolving door of a situation. It's really starting to weigh heavily on me. Everything else in our relationship is amazing and we're more in love than we ever thought possible but I'll be damned if this isn't starting to drive me absolutely crazy sometimes. I'm not positive as to why I'm posting this... I guess I'm just looking for advice or personal experience to draw from.

Everything about our relationship is perfect except the part where my boyfriend drinks so much so often that it has destroyed his sex drive. I didn't even know that was a thing, but I looked it up and apparently it can be a side effect of chronic alcohol abuse.

I'm pretty meticulous though so that could just be me being particular. Anyway she's gained a decent sized following on instagram of about 10k and some change, showing off her cleavage mostly. I feel like the whole thing is a relationships post waiting to happen because she has all these nasty guys creeping on her and asking if she has a boyfriend and her usual response is "regretfully I'm taken but I'll let you know if anything changes  " and I can't imagine that feels good to her boyfriend
