There's no chance of that because nothing made him keep going after her when she said 'I'm 15', he could have just done what a normal person would and said 'haha woah nevermind then, you really shouldn't do that poo poo' and bail.

I like little visualizations for words I had to remember like entrapment. I picture a guy in a room where he can get out only by breaking a wall (a law). Being placed in that room by law enforcement means you're entrapped. If there's a door and you break a wall, you're going to jail. Now ask me how I remember what expedient means!

That was another woman who's nephew at his 8th birthday party greeted her so zealously she injured her wrist and the homeowners insurance wouldn't cover it unless there was a court record or something. As far as I know it wasn't a suit for damages from her nephew's family and there was a mutual understanding amongst all parties that it definitely wasn't acrimonious.
