rghg that new trailer looks so loving good. I kickstarted it like 3 years ago when it was just the character designs and like two backgrounds and it's gotten so much cooler looking since then, especially considering like 3 people made it. I didn't realize the other two doodles i made weren't in this thread  e: these are from my tumblr does that still count as hotlinking?? It looks interesting but i'd definitely need to try a demo of some sort to really get a feel for what it is. right now I think it's an... Narrative RPG platformer? It looks pretty at the very least! I've got the arms totally done and hands in about as good a state as I feel like working on. I need to give the legs a once-over as the hip and knee joints are straight up not done. add to it I was thinking about making a rocket booster gimmick to the back of her calves. (which I carried over to her elbow pads now too.) Speaking of, my friend's card came too! He pretty much cemented that I've GOTTA do the ROCKET KICKS now. I know it's not really digital (some of it is I guess?) but it's super cool!

There is also https://finji.itch.io/lost-constellation Though I wouldn't judge Night in the Woods by these, they are more like tech/art demos than something that indicates what the gameplay will be like. From what I know, It's probably closest to an adventure game, but with less emphasis on puzzles and more on exploring and finding cool things to do.

Try to only go in one direction with lines (rather than back-and-forth, draw one way then pick up the pen from the surface and start again in the same direction) and make some longer strokes. That will give more of a feeling of consistent form. Alright, for sure, thanks!

What drawing tablets do people like? I want one for a project but not sure how much use I'll get out of it after so looking at a cheapo thing, no fancy screen or anything. Looking at Monoprice 10x6.25 at the moment, seems to be well regarded for the money.
