There's a really easy joke in here about not having your Diplomacy and Diplomatic Relations skills trained up enough.  - You've got a ton of skills, but most of them are extracted to the point that you can't fly a lot of ships. This looks like a super character, given that you've got Heavy Fighters and DD skills trained. If you want to fly supers again: Get all your armor comps to 5. If you fly a titan, depending on how much time you spend with a cloak on it, Cloaking V may be a worthwhile train. Jump Portal Generation to 4. If it's not meant to sit in a super: Armor comps to 5. Start getting racial hull skills to 5 so you can sit in T2 hulls. You've got a ton of T2 weapon specs injected but at level 0 (I'm guessing you extracted them); at a minimum, get them to 1 so you can use T2 ammo, and ideally get those to 4. Sensor comps to 5. All T3 subsystems to 5. If you like to fly solo boats with active shield tanks, Shield Compensation 5. The real question is, decide what you want to fly (i.e. "I want to fly Amarr BSes" / "I want to fly decent solo frigs" / "I want to fly a carrier") and chase that.

I just injected every single skill I could in case I might need to train them in the future. I also train every single skill to rank 2 in case I might need it. Do? Fleet stuff mainly. Boosting, logi, recon, Triage, Dread, Carrier. I do have my last bonus remap. I'll use that for the comp skills then in the near future. Maybe throw in some ewar skills as well.

COSMOS missions are still hosed, and if you try them at one point in the past without a guide and going though it all the way, you are locked out of the rest of the cosmos missions, and CCP doesn't reset COSMOS missions as they are a one time only thing.

Oh, and further Rorq hilarity. They are now jump capable tacklers who can fit the PANIC module, making them immune to all damage for 5 minutes. They are now the best way to tackle things. And they were recently "balanced" by CCP, by lowering their mining output by a bit. Edit: Wait, doesn't the rorq panic thing make ALL mining ships on grid immune for 5 minutes? So couldn't we goon cannon fleets of skiffs for immune fleets with lots of drones?
