That muenster is in between two patties, and the green stuff at the bottom is sour dill pickle slices. I didn't have any jalapenos on hand otherwise they would've ended up on there.

eh, i was trolling. my gf is vegan & gluten free though and has been for years. she's a physiotherapist and healthy as gently caress. gluten free is easy, most food that contains gluten is unhealthy anyway. personally i won't turn down a nice juicy burg.

Got a Dirty burger from the Wellington Point hotel for lunch: beef pattie, pulled pork, bacon, onion rings and double cheese. Good meal to eat while watching the cricket.

I just burg'd. Wanted brioche, but the store only had regular and ciabatta buns. Either way, I put some ghee in the cast iron skillet (I guess it's clarified butter, and this one has garlic in it) and fried up the patty. Spread ghee on the ciabatta and broiled it. Made up some garlic mayo for the toasted buns. Melted some NY garlic cheddar on the patty. Thick slices of sweet onion and beefsteak tomato. I've never really seen spinach on a burger, but it's what we've got. Turned out to work. Extreme with garlic flavor, but I love garlic. I've got two more 1/3 lbs patties, so this was really just a trial run. I think I'll toast the buns a bit more for a better crunch. Going to try an aged cheddar instead of the garlic cheddar, too. its all nice on rice fucked around with this message at 23:20 on Jan 12, 2017 |

I like roasting whole heads of garlic. The cloves soften up and you can spread them on the buns.

Had the urge to burg last night. 80/20, loosely packed with garlic powder, seasoned with kosher salt and course pepper on both sides while on the grill. Raclette cheese and homemade bacon to finish it off.
