If Millsap is truly available then Toronto have to make a move for him surely? Lowry/DeRozan/Millsap is clearly better than anyone outside Cleveland in the East and if one of Love or Kyrie gets injured you'd have a puncher's chance against the Cavs in a series. If Lebron was hurt I think they'd be better.

Because trading for Millsap will probably be expensive for moving them from losing in the ECF to losing in the ECF.
