I don't read this thread from awful.app cause it'll just kill the app and then I have to remind myself how much I missed when I check it out from a computer and who even does that. No evidence sadly as I forgot to take a screenshot, but I'm playing the 2009 Ghostbusters game on my PC and there's an interesting glitch where any water there is transforms into a spiky, undulating and escalating nightmare until it fills the entire screen. The sewer level is just a dark, spiky mess that calms down if I look away and goes loving bananas if I turn to face it, starting off with small spikes of the water texture going up and down, up and down, growing with each cycle until it fills the screen. My PKE meter appears to think it's all hunky dory.

Heh, that turning away reminds me of playing the first Borderlands in Wine on a Mac. There was something wrong with the distance mapping or occlusion or something, cause sometimes when I looked in certain directions (with a lot of complex poo poo, even if there was a wall in front) it would get super slow and choppy. I got used to strafing around certain areas, while looking backwards or at the floor or something. A later update fixed it though, thank god.

Wouldn't he have appreciated that, culturally speaking? IIRC, from the last time this came up, horse characters are implemented by assigning characters a special horse race, and you can exploit the game to allow horses to breed with humans and pass it on to characters with workable stats. This is explained somewhere in that huge image dump.

i cant find it, someone post that clip from hitman where: hitman is just hanging out in his hotel room & he calls the room service to clean the bathroom & then hangs out on the balcony while they make their way then when they're both in the hotel room, the first one enters the bathroom and freaks out over a dead body and tries to run (tire iron); the other serivice character is surprised and goes to check out the bathroom (tire ireon) then they are both pulled in there, and it turns out literally everybody is in there, dead or unconcscious. hitman tries to call room service but theat is no longer an option please post that video here

So I maybe discovered something in Way of the Samurai 4. In the main town there's a shop with a wooden sign on it that you can't jump on. If you try your character will just hover like ten feet in the air and fall back down. This of course meant I really, really wanted to see what would happen if I managed to land on top of this thing since they tried so hard to keep you from it. Turns out your controls just stop working completely. You can't move, can't draw your weapon and you're too high up for any NPCs to walk into you and knock you off. The only option is to quit the game and reload. What a weird sign.

I mean, it's not a glitch or anything,  was the dude I used last time. I recently realized you can set your outfit to change when you draw your sword and when it's sheathed so next play through I need to figure out how to make my dude unfold like a transformer.

Besides, if you're going for world-conquering horses, why not name them after the cartoon? Certainly fits better than my own tradition of naming my kids stuff like Max Fightmaster, Gertrude Hardpunch and Gabrielle Andromeda, that's for sure.
